Detective Mike Hammer picks up on the road a girl who is running from a mortal danger in the middle of the night. Later, they are intercepted by the persecutors, ruthless bullies, who after torturing and killing the girl and beating the detective, throw them off a cliff. Hammer gets out unharmed, and will be devoted to investigate this mysterious case.
